Açaí with pulp (natural)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 gr açaí pulp
  • 1/2 frozen banana

(OPTIONAL) Almond milk ò orange juice, ò apple juice, ò coconut water.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. In a blender or blender, include all the ingredients and 1/2 cup of the liquid you have chosen (juice or vegetable milk) and blend until the desired texture is obtained.

2. Serve in a bowl and add your favorite toppings! (muesli, banana, strawberries, kiwi, coconut, chia, goji berry, cacau, peanut butter and much more)

Açaí Gelatine w/ Yogurt

Ingredients

500ml açaí juice
1 cup of milk
1 sachet of colorless gelatin without flavor 12g
2 skimmed yogurt 440g
2 tablespoons of honey 50g
1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder (1.5g)

Method of Preparation:
Put in a bowl the açaí juice, milk and the unforgettable gelatin. Mix until you get a homogeneous texture and pour into another bowl. The jelly should be enough to reach 2cm high. Store in the fridge for 3 hours. At serving time, cut the gelatin into 2cm squares and distribute into 4 cups. Then add the yogurt and honey into the glass of your blender or blender. Blend for 30 seconds and distribute in the cups with the gelatin.

Yield: 8 servings.

 

Açaí Protein Shake

1 100gr natural acai pulp

1 glass of almond milk

1 scoop of Whey protein

1/2 banana

3 strawberries

 

Method Of Preparation

Put everything in a blender or blender and blend until smooth and ready!
